What does safety mean in your day-to-day care?
Our history is supported by a doctor-led process: reviewing your skin and health history, assessing suitability, explaining risks and providing treatment-specific care guidance. Experience informs these decisions; every medical procedure still has risks and individual recovery varies.
Can I continue care with a doctor who knows my treatment history?
Our primary-doctor system is designed around continuity of care. Tell us your previous treatment and preferred doctor when arranging a visit so we can confirm their schedule. International visitors should also share departure dates and confirm how follow-up will be arranged before treatment.
Understanding the treatment
Hyaluronic acid fillers add volume in selected areas. The product, injection site and your anatomy matter more than choosing a syringe quantity before examination.

Is dissolving filler always straightforward?
Ask whether the proposed filler is hyaluronic acid and what complication care is available. Not all filler materials can be dissolved, and treatment of complications requires medical assessment.
