WHY SEOLREIM GANGNAM?
Sculptra in Seoul: gradual changes, sessions and cost factors
At Seolreim, Sculptra is discussed as a gradual treatment plan with a doctor. An experienced director-led team and continuity with your treating doctor support decisions about the initial treatment and later review.

How we plan your treatment at Seolreim
We assess your volume concerns, skin condition and previous injections before discussing the proposed amount and areas. Because the response is assessed over time, the primary-doctor approach connects your starting plan with later observations and the decision about additional visits.
A doctor at every clinical step
Consultation with your doctor
Every patient discusses their concerns directly with a doctor. We consider skin type, medical history, previous procedures and the changes you hope to see.
An individual medical plan
Your doctor assesses whether treatment is appropriate, then explains the proposed areas, method and amount, expected changes, limitations and precautions.
Treatment performed by a doctor
A doctor carries out the medical procedure according to your assessed skin condition and agreed plan. Genuine products, appropriate doses and attentive care are our practice principles.
Continuity with your treating doctor
Our primary-doctor approach connects consultation, treatment and ongoing care. Your prior procedures and response inform the next decision, including whether further treatment is needed.

Your questions about care at Seolreim
What does safety mean in your day-to-day care?
Our history is supported by a doctor-led process: reviewing your skin and health history, assessing suitability, explaining risks and providing treatment-specific care guidance. Experience informs these decisions; every medical procedure still has risks and individual recovery varies.
Can I continue care with a doctor who knows my treatment history?
Our primary-doctor system is designed around continuity of care. Tell us your previous treatment and preferred doctor when arranging a visit so we can confirm their schedule. International visitors should also share departure dates and confirm how follow-up will be arranged before treatment.
Understanding the treatment
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid injectable used for gradual improvement in selected volume and wrinkle concerns. Immediate swelling should not be mistaken for the final result.
Before you decide
How does it differ from hyaluronic acid filler?
Discuss gradual change, the intended area and reversibility with your doctor. The products have different properties and are not interchangeable.
How many vials or visits will I need?
The plan depends on your examination, previous treatments and response. Request a written explanation of the proposed initial amount and reassessment plan.
Can I fit it into a short trip?
Tell the clinic your departure date before booking. Confirm how follow-up and any ongoing care will be arranged after returning home.
What your quote should include
Vials or amount proposed, session count, treatment areas, tax and review arrangements.
Recovery & precautions
Bruising, swelling and delayed lumps or nodules are possible. Follow the treating doctor's product-specific aftercare instructions.
General information for planning a consultation. Results, risks and recovery vary; an individual medical assessment is required.
