WHY SEOLREIM GANGNAM?
Pico laser in Seoul: pigmentation, treatment modes and aftercare
At Seolreim, a doctor examines your pigmentation before selecting and performing laser treatment. Our director-led approach puts your skin type and previous response at the centre of the plan.

How we plan your treatment at Seolreim
Your doctor assesses the type of pigmentation, skin sensitivity, previous laser reactions and recent sun exposure before discussing the treatment mode and area. Continuing care considers how your skin actually responds, as well as outdoor activities and follow-up within your travel schedule.
A doctor at every clinical step
Consultation with your doctor
Every patient discusses their concerns directly with a doctor. We consider skin type, medical history, previous procedures and the changes you hope to see.
An individual medical plan
Your doctor assesses whether treatment is appropriate, then explains the proposed areas, method and amount, expected changes, limitations and precautions.
Treatment performed by a doctor
A doctor carries out the medical procedure according to your assessed skin condition and agreed plan. Genuine products, appropriate doses and attentive care are our practice principles.
Continuity with your treating doctor
Our primary-doctor approach connects consultation, treatment and ongoing care. Your prior procedures and response inform the next decision, including whether further treatment is needed.

Your questions about care at Seolreim
What does safety mean in your day-to-day care?
Our history is supported by a doctor-led process: reviewing your skin and health history, assessing suitability, explaining risks and providing treatment-specific care guidance. Experience informs these decisions; every medical procedure still has risks and individual recovery varies.
Can I continue care with a doctor who knows my treatment history?
Our primary-doctor system is designed around continuity of care. Tell us your previous treatment and preferred doctor when arranging a visit so we can confirm their schedule. International visitors should also share departure dates and confirm how follow-up will be arranged before treatment.
Understanding the treatment
Picosecond lasers use very short pulses. The cause of pigmentation, your skin response and the selected treatment mode determine whether laser treatment is appropriate.
Before you decide
Can the same laser plan treat every dark spot?
Melasma, freckles and post-inflammatory pigmentation need different assessment. Have an unexplained or changing mark examined before cosmetic treatment.
What does pico toning mean in a quote?
Ask for the device, mode, treatment area and session plan. Toning and other laser modes are not automatically equivalent.
What should I discuss before sightseeing?
Mention recent tanning, previous pigment reactions and outdoor plans. Ask about sun protection, makeup and follow-up for your specific treatment.
What your quote should include
Device and mode, full-face or spot treatment, session count, aftercare and tax.
Recovery & precautions
Redness, discomfort, blistering or pigment changes can occur. Stronger settings do not guarantee a better result; individual assessment is essential.
General information for planning a consultation. Results, risks and recovery vary; an individual medical assessment is required.
