What does safety mean in your day-to-day care?
Our history is supported by a doctor-led process: reviewing your skin and health history, assessing suitability, explaining risks and providing treatment-specific care guidance. Experience informs these decisions; every medical procedure still has risks and individual recovery varies.
Can I continue care with a doctor who knows my treatment history?
Our primary-doctor system is designed around continuity of care. Tell us your previous treatment and preferred doctor when arranging a visit so we can confirm their schedule. International visitors should also share departure dates and confirm how follow-up will be arranged before treatment.
Understanding the treatment
Juvelook contains PDLLA and hyaluronic acid. Product type and treatment goals should be discussed separately when considering texture, pores or volume concerns.
Before you decide
Are Juvelook and volume-focused products interchangeable?
Ask for the exact product and intended use. A shared brand family does not mean the same formulation, placement or treatment plan.
How is it different from Rejuran?
They use different main ingredients. Explain whether your priority is dryness, texture, scars or volume so the doctor can compare suitable options.
Is one visit enough?
Discuss the time needed to assess a gradual response, possible repeat visits and follow-up from overseas. Do not plan around a guaranteed one-session result.
What your quote should include
Product type, amount used, treatment area, session plan and tax.
Recovery & precautions
Swelling, bruising or nodules may occur after injectable treatments. Report persistent lumps or worsening symptoms to the clinic.
