Oligio and Rejuran packages versus Thermage alone: what should you compare? A goal-selection chart for firmness and skin texture

Oligio plus Rejuran is not always better than Thermage alone, nor is one more expensive procedure superior for every goal. Oligio and Thermage are RF devices; Rejuran is a family of PN injectables. Definitions and how the treatments work
Oligio and Thermage use monopolar RF, but their models, tips, delivery control and plans differ; they are not identical procedures. Rejuran PN injections differ in mechanism and risks from energy-based procedures. A 2022 Oligio study was a prospective cohort of 30 people observing lower-face changes with a specific device, not a direct comparison of Oligio plus Rejuran with Thermage.
Potential benefits and limitations
Treatment may aim for changes in selected mild skin laxity or skin-quality concerns, but cannot guarantee a substitute for surgical lifting or substantial volume augmentation. The standalone RF study and PN review cited here cannot establish superiority, duration or cost-effectiveness of a particular combination package.
